That is just amazing...the massive scope of what you are undertaking is inspiring!

here's how it sits till next time. I plan on stripping the cab down so I can sand and paint. Notice the name is gone off the door.

hoping to get some money to get the trailer to the shop to replace the damaged panels. What I been doing on the truck costs almost nothing.

well not much freight to move so I took advantage of the warm weather.

got the pass side door panel back in.

also fixed the battery box. It had a hole in it and was worn through in some spots. It's fiberglass.

used bondo glass to fill in the low spot

then skimmed with bondo. Also finished the low spot on the hood.

Got the battery box and hood finished. Just need some final sanding with fine grit.

If you look at early pics the box had a hole in it and the hood was missing the corner.

I found 4 maybe 5 of the correct rims. These will be for the drive axles. Still searching for the steer axle rims.

Also, since I am a stickler for accuracy, most folks wouldn't know the difference, I am changing the low back seats to high back seats. I have both but they need to be recovered.
this will be the pass seat.

Nice! It's the little differences and details like the seats that will make all the difference! Keep up the great work!
